We stand behind the products we sell. If something isn’t right, let us know — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Warranty
Old Growth products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase:
- Wheelsets: 5 years
- General Components: 2 years
- Wear Items: 1 year against manufacturing defects
Wear items include products such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes, grips and similar parts that naturally wear with use.
Products purchased new directly from Old Growth or through an authorized Old Growth dealer are covered. The warranty applies to the original retail purchaser only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required.
What’s Not Covered
- Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, crashes, abuse or misuse
- Improper installation, maintenance or repair
- Modification of the product
- Damage caused by incompatible components
- Cosmetic wear, scratches or corrosion resulting from use or improper storage
Proof of purchase may be required. Approved warranty claims will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? No problem.
Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused and resalable condition.
Products that have been installed, ridden, modified or damaged after delivery cannot normally be returned unless there is a product defect.
For safety and hygiene reasons, used tires, tubes, brake pads and other wear items are not returnable unless defective.
If we shipped the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll take care of it.
Return shipping costs for non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer.
