Dealer accounts, wholesale pricing, volume discounts, credit arrangements, samples, special orders, and other commercial transactions may be subject to separate terms agreed between Old Growth and the dealer.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, consumer promotions and consumer return policies may not apply to purchases made primarily for resale or other commercial purposes.
